Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Standard Cancellation

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Within 48 Hours of Check-In: One night’s charge or advance payment will be retained.
  • No Show: No refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Transaction or processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Peak Season / Festival Periods

  • During high-demand periods, cancellations may be non-refundable. Guests will be informed at the time of booking.

Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
  • Price differences (if any) will be applicable.
