Standard Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Within 48 Hours of Check-In: One night’s charge or advance payment will be retained.
- No Show: No refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction or processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Peak Season / Festival Periods
- During high-demand periods, cancellations may be non-refundable. Guests will be informed at the time of booking.
Modification of Booking
- Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
- Price differences (if any) will be applicable.
